Command Feed is the sixth episode in the first season of the Apple TV+ series, Murderbot. The episode premiered on June 13, 2025.
Synopsis[]
A major setback throws the team into turmoil. Mensah gambles on a risky procedure. LeeBeeBee has a change of heart.
Plot Summary[]
Murderbot explains to Mensah that he watches his favorite serials, such as The Rise and Fall of Sanctuary Moon, to cope with stress. He admits that he deleted repair manuals from his memory in order to store more episodes of the show. Mensah, unhappy with this revelation, attempts to handle repairs herself but suffers another anxiety attack.
Murderbot recognizes the signs of her distress and plays a calming episode of Sanctuary Moon focused on synchronized breathing to help her relax. The technique proves effective, but as the interaction continues, Murderbotâs bleeding worsens, and it loses consciousness.
Mensah manages to stabilize Murderbot and uses its neural systems to restore power to the hopper, allowing them to proceed.
Meanwhile, inside the base, Bharadwaj and Leebeebee grow closer. Gurathin tries to contact Mensah and Murderbot but is interrupted by a serious incident. LeeBeeBee suddenly pulls a gun on the group and demands access to their HubSystem. When Bharadwaj attempts to de-escalate the situation, LeeBeeBee reveals that she was responsible for destroying the emergency beacon.
Upon returning, Murderbot immediately reacts by shooting LeeBeeBee in the face, killing her. The rest of the group is stunned by the swift execution. Murderbot later reflects on its actions and acknowledges that the act of killing felt satisfying.
