PreservationAux is a scientific research organization in the Preservation Alliance. Their missions appear wide and varied. In All Systems Red, their objective is to survey a planet to see if it is worth bidding on for its resources. This mission is led by Dr. Ayda Mensah. In Network Effect, Arada leads a survey to another planet.
They are affiliated with the Free Preservation Institute of Discovery and Engineering, which Perihelion contacts in Network Effect while tracking Murderbot down.[1]
